(Corvallis, OR) -- The Oregon Department of Justice continues to target spas that are allegedly involved in human trafficking. The Oregon DOJ worked with Corvallis Police to search the Spring Foot Spa last week after neighbors reported suspicious activity at the business. Investigators say the spa was operating without a license and collected evidence of prostitution. They arrested a 52-year-old New York woman. She was connected with human trafficking victim support services.
