(Chelan, WA) -- An Oregon woman who police believe killed her husband in Keizer has been arrested in Washington state after ten days on the run. 59-year-old Walter Peca was found dead in his home on July 17th. Detectives began searching for his wife, Shelly Rae Peca. She was found Monday off a forest service road in a remote area of Chelan County. She's charged with Second Degree Murder and awaits extradition back to Oregon.
