Woman Floods Apartment

(Eugene, OR) -- A Eugene woman was arrested Friday morning after police say she flooded her own apartment. Investigators say 25-year-old Faith Rhoads turned off the water after management asked, but she then broke her neighbor's front window. When police arrived, she refused to come out, yelling from her second floor window. Officers waited for Rhoads to exit on her own, but neighbors later reported she was walking around the complex, hitting doors with a pole. They moved in and took her into custody. She's charged with criminal mischief and other crimes.
