(Tollgate, OR) -- Firefighters are trying to get a handle on the fast-growing Hagen Fire in northeast Oregon. FIre officials say the blaze nine miles southwest of Tollgate is now burning nearly 32-thousand acres and is only three-percent contained. The fire was declared a conflagration last week to open up access to additional state resources.
