(Portland, OR) -- A Portland woman has pleaded guilty to interfering with Federal Law Enforcement at the ICE building. Thirty-nine-year-old Katherine Vogel was spreading red paint on the ICE building when agents tried to arrest her. She didn't comply. She'll be sentenced in October.
