(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting that happened Friday morning in a parking lot. Paramedics took the victim to Portland Adventist Medical Center where the person died. Investigators say the shooting happened near Southeast 92nd and Clinton. Forty-five-year-old Jacob Clement is now charged with second degree murder.
