Oregon Co-Leads Tariff Lawsuit
(Salem, OR) -- Oregon is co-leading a coalition of 25 states in filing a third lawsuit against the Trump Administration over tariffs. The lawsuit challenges tariffs on more than 80 countries that account for nearly all U.S. imports. It alleges the tariffs violate the Administrative Procedure Act and exceed the President's authority. The case was filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
