Corrections Officer Indictment
(Portland, OR) -- Federal charges have been filed against an Oregon Department of Corrections officer for allegedly cyberstalking his ex-girlfriend. Jack Rowlett is accused of creating fake social media profiles and posting offensive and degrading claims about the victim. When she applied for a protective order in state court, Rowlett denied the posts were from him. The U.S. Attorney's Office says there is now evidence linking him to the fake accounts. He was arraigned Thursday in Portland and pleaded not guilty.
