(Eugene, OR) -- A Lane County Sheriff's deputy has resigned after being charged in a criminal case. The Sheriff's Office says Dylan Ford quit after he was notified a formal internal investigation was underway. The agency will complete that inquiry and forward the results to the state law enforcement licensing board.
