(Salem, OR) -- A Salem man has been arrested for hit and run after allegedly crashing into two people on a sidewalk. It happened on 17th Street Northeast Monday evening. A 32-year-old woman was hospitalized with significant injuries. A 45-year-old man was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Officers found the suspect a few blocks from the scene. Twenty-eight-year-old Tristen Wilson was arrested for assault, DUI, driving while suspended and hit and run.
