(Hillsboro, OR) -- An arrest has been made in a 32-year-old cold case in Washington County. In 1994, Veta Hardebeck, who was 85 years old, was killed in her home. Detectives weren't able to get enough evidence to make an arrest. Using new DNA technology, they identified 66-year-old Randall Gall as the suspect. He was arrested on Tuesday at his home in Gaston. He's being held without bail in the Washington County Jail.
