(Salem, OR) -- The State of Oregon has hired an expert in negotiating big contracts and sports facilities renovations to oversee the Moda Center remodeling project. Eric Andalman is a partner at King & Spalding and a highly experienced legal and strategic advisor whose practice concentrates on complex transactions and large-scale infrastructure development. He will focus on creation of the Moda Center joint authority and the state's participation in the arena project.
