(Portland, OR) -- A professional photographer who was previously convicted in San Diego and Yamhill County for child sexual abuse has also been sentenced in Portland federal court. Robert Koester ran a modeling agency and photographed teenage girls at his home. He gave them drugs and alcohol, and sexually abused them while taking photographs. He was sentenced to 25 years in San Diego, 50 years in Yamhill County and 40 years in federal prison.
