(Vancouver, WA) -- A man was arrested Saturday evening in Clark County for allegedly shooting a person over kids riding dirt bikes on a street. Clark County Sheriff's deputies responded and found a victim who had been grazed by a bullet. Only one shot had been fired. The suspect, 27-year-old Jacob Orr, was arrested in a vehicle that was leaving the scene. He was carrying a .380 caliber pistol. Deputies found a .380 caliber shell casing near where the shooting happened. Orr was booked on multiple charges, including first-degree assault, felony harassment, and reckless endangerment.
