(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting last week. Police say two vehicles were at Macadam Avenue and Bancroft Street when shots were fired. 41-year-old Anwar Osman, who was driving one of the cars, was killed. His car crashed into a building. 42-year-old Mahmoud Said Ali was arrested and booked for murder.
