Oregon State Hospital Superintendent Out
(Salem, OR) -- Oregon State Hospital, which houses the state's most severe mental health patients, including those who committed crimes, is undergoing another leadership change. The Oregon Health Authority announced yesterday it will not move forward with Superintendent Sean Murphy's trial-service period. It didn't give a reason why. Murphy was appointed in June. Jim Diegel, the previous interim superintendent, will return to the position until a permanent superintendent is hired.
