(Portland, OR) -- Oregon Humane's Board of Directors has hired Frank So as the new CEO of the organization. So grew up in Beaverton and has worked with international humanitarian organizations, diplomacy, and at the White House. Most recently, So was Executive Director of Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon. He says he's deeply honored to serve as Oregon Humane's next CEO.
