(Portland, OR) -- An Oregon podiatrist who was set to plead guilty Friday to several charges of sexually abusing female patients is now hospitalized. The court proceeding involving Dr. Brian Bowen was delayed when the judge said Bowen suffered a medical event that left him hospitalized, unconscious, and intubated. The judge said it's a serious medical situation. Both sides will meet with the judge this week to update the proceedings.
