(Woodland, WA)  --  Woodland police ay the principal at Woodland Primary School is facing accusations of possible child abuse.  Mark Houk [[ howk ]] is being investigated for alleged physical abuse of a third-grade special-needs student.  Houk has not been arrested and is currently facing no charges.  He has been placed on administrative leave pending the investigation.
