(Central Point, OR) -- Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a two-year-old child in Central Point. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a report of a missing child around 4:30 Wednesday morning. A search was launched and, about an hour-and-a-half later, the child was found deceased on an adjoining property.
