(Portland, OR) -- Drivers need to start watching to kids heading to school this week. Several school districts have classes starting as early as Tuesday. The Portland Bureau of Transportation says drivers need to watch for kids walking to school, stop for school buses with flashing red lights and slow to 20 miles an hour in active school zones.
