(Salem, OR) -- Oregon voters could decide whether the right to hunt, fish, ranch and farm should be in the state's Constitution. An initiative petition has moved to the Oregon Attorney General to begin the process of drafting the measure's official title and summary. If the proposal moves forward and if enough valid signatures are collected it could appear on a ballot in 2028.
