(Newport, OR)  --  A Lincoln City woman is dead after an SUV went over a cliff off Highway 101 near Depoe Bay along the Oregon coast.  Oregon State Police say the vehicle was seen driving off the highway after passing another vehicle while speeding.  The SUV then plunged about 250 feet before landing on rocks near the surf line.  The woman has been identified as 23-year-old Adriana Ruiz.
