Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal SE Portland Stabbing
(Portland, OR) -- Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal stabbing in Southeast Portland earlier this month. The suspect is identified as 37-year-old Kenneth Lacey. He's charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 47-year-old Johnny Alexander. Police discovered Alexander's body in an apartment on East Burnside Street and Southeast 122nd Avenue on August 5th. Investigators later determined Alexander had been dead for several days. Police have not released details on how the men knew each other or what led to the stabbing.
