(Salem, OR) -- A new program is available to help young people prevent and respond to overdoses. It's called Friends for Life. The Oregon Health Authority and the Washington State Department of Health are making the resources available as kids head back to high school and college. While overdose deaths are down, fentanyl and methamphetamine are responsible for 90 percent of fatalities. Free toolkits include posters, wallet cards, rack cards and social media content.
