(Medford, OR) -- A Medford man has been indicted on illegal gun and destructive device charges. In February, a witness reported 32-year-old Michael Beugli throwing guns out of his Medford home. Beugli is a convicted felon and is not allowed to possess firearms. There were nine guns and homemade silencers. About a month later, court documents show Beugli threatened the witness. An explosive device was detonated inside of the witness's car. Beugli was arrested at a nearby home. He had similar destructive devices and explosive materials.
