(Portland, OR) -- The victim of a hit and run crash near Southeast 174th and Division Street in Portland on August 9th has died. Police responded to a welfare check and found 48-year-old Lisa Straine with serious injuries. She died on August 22nd. Police identified and interviewed the driver. The case was referred to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office for review.
