(Portland, OR) -- Portland City Council has approved a resolution to find a development partner for City-owned properties around the Moda Center. The resolution also recognizes the Albina Vision Trust as an organization that fits the City's criteria as a developer. The city owns ten properties in the area. This is happening at the same time as the city works to reach agreement with the Trail Blazers over redevelopment of the Moda Center.
