(Linn County, OR) -- A woman is in custody in connection with a deadly crash in Linn County. Police say a man, identified as 43-year-old Joshua Barnes was walking along Airport Drive in Lebanon yesterday morning when he was struck by a passing motorist. That motorist was arrested on DUII and reckless driving charges. She's been identified as 60-year-old Tamera Hines.
