(Lincoln City, OR) -- A man accused of stealing a car from a quarry in Lincoln City is now facing charges. Thirty-seven-year-old Joseph Mealler is charged on multiple counts, including theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police say Mealler allegedly stole the vehicle on Sunday night. He was spotted by police and fled the area, according to investigators. Police say he was found near the Safeway on Tuesday and was arrested.
