(Undated) -- Nine renovation projects in the state have been selected to receive the Restore Oregon's prestigious DeMuro Awards for excellence in preservation. The winning projects include Portland Water Bureau's Washington Park Reservoir modernization, the historic Busy Corner grocery store, also in Portland, along with projects in Astoria, Hood River, Oak Grove, and Canby. The award is named after the late Portland developer and preservationist Art DeMuro, who redeveloped the White Stag Block in Old Town.
