Woman Charged In Knife Threats At Northwest Portland Apartment Complex
(Portland, OR) -- A woman accused of threatening tenants with a knife at a Northwest Portland apartment complex is facing charges. Forty-one-year-old Emily Rogen has been charged on multiple counts, including unlawful use of a weapon and burglary. The charges stem from last Saturday at Kado Northwest Apartments. That's where police say Rogen allegedly lunged with a knife at a man, saying "You don't live here. I'm going to stab you to death." The man was able to get away. Rogen allegedly also chased another woman with the knife. Police say she carved words into doors of tenant apartments, such as "trafficker", "trespass", and "killer." Rogen is being held without bond. She has her next court date on September 16th.
