(Portland, OR) -- A ceremony will be held in South Portland to mark the 25th anniversary of the nine-eleven attacks on our nation. The ceremony will begin at 8:30 this morning at the Western Avenue Fire Station and Reflection Area. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided after the ceremony.
