(Battle Ground, WA) -- A teenager sought in connection with a drive-by shooting in Battle Ground was located Sunday and is cooperating with investigators. Police say shots were fired from a car Saturday afternoon before officers detained the driver near Battle Ground Lake State Park and the passenger fled on foot. The driver, 44-year-old Theodore Seaman, was arrested on a drive-by shooting charge. No injuries were reported, and police say additional charges are possible.
