California Police Seek Human Trafficking Victims In Oregon

(Portland, OR) -- A human trafficking case from Contra Costa County California may have victims in Oregon. An investigation that lasted several years identified 32-year-old Raymond Brooks, from Antioch, California, as a suspect who forced multiple women into commercial sex acts for money. He's accused of using force, fraud, and coercion. He's being held on a million dollars bail. Investigators believe some of his victims are still in Oregon and they're asking them to contact the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.
