(Arlington, WA)  --  Snohomish County, Washington officials say the death toll from last weekend's mudslide near Oso has risen to 25.  Emergency Management Director John Pennington says 90 people are missing, while 35 others are listed as "possibly missing."  Eight of the bodies haven't yet been recovered, and it wasn't made clear whether the body of the latest known victim has been removed from the debris.  Crews continue to search the massive slide area in what's now being classified as a recovery effort.
