(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon's largest newspaper is about to get smaller.  Starting tomorrow, "The Oregonian" will shift from a traditional broadsheet format to tabloid-size, measuring about 15 inches from top to bottom instead of 23.  Last year, The Oregonian placed more emphasis on digital delivery of news and reduced home newspaper delivery to four days a week.
