(Albany, OR)  --  A Linn County man is facing charges after an alleged road-range incident that left a teenager injured.  Linn County sheriff's deputies say 45-year-old Robert Ramsey is accused of smashing the passenger-side window of a vehicle last Thursday after threatening to beat up the driver.  The passenger, an 18-year-old woman, suffered facial injuries.  Ramsey is scheduled to be arraigned next month on charges that include assault, criminal mischief, reckless endangering, and disorderly conduct.
