(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they had to use a beanbag gun to subdue a man who allegedly attacked passing vehicles near Lincoln High School.  Authorities say officers responded to a report of a man punching passing cars along the MAX tracks yesterday afternoon on Southwest 18th Avenue and Salmon Street.  Police say the man appeared to be under the influence of drugs.  The man reportedly boasted of having a gun and was shot with a beanbag round before being arrested.
