(Portland, OR)  --  The price of gasoline in Oregon remains on the rise.  Triple-A reports the average for regular is nearly three-70 a gallon, up a half-cent from yesterday.  It's also two cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.  Marie Dodds of Oregon-Idaho AAA says Oregon's statewide average is now 10th highest in the nation, up from 11th place last week.
