(Olympia, WA)  --  CenturyLink officials say they have technicians working on restoring 911 service throughout the state of Washington.  The widespread 911 outage has prompted CenturyLink to ask customers to call the respective agency's ten-digit emergency number should an emergency arise.  The outage is affecting all of Washington and parts of Oregon.
