(Portland, OR)  --  Fire investigators say combustion of a pile of oily rags may be responsible for a fire that damaged two homes in Southwest Portland.  Firefighters were dispatched to the 44-hundred block of Southwest Vesta Drive around 2:00 p.m. yesterday after neighbors called in reports of two houses on fire.  One house was heavily damaged and the other partially damaged.  No one was injured.
