(Salem, OR) -- The Oregon Public Utility Commission has approved natural gas rate increases for three utilities. They all take effect on Saturday. NW Natural customers will see rates increase seven-point-three percent, Cascade Natural Gas rates will go up 10-point-seven percent and Avista rates will increase eight-and-a-half percent.
