(Salem, OR) -- Fifty-one Oregon schools will get additional funding for Career and Technical Education programs. The CTE grant program was established in 2011 by the legislature. A state committee reviewed 66 applications and narrowed it down to 51 recipients, with particular attention to opportunities for historically and currently marginalized students. Six-point-four-million-dollars will be distributed to the schools.
