(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon's voter registration website is back online after an outage.  The Secretary of State's Office says the site crashed Wednesday night because of a problem with the Google Captcha security feature.  The return of the website means people can register online before the April 29th deadline for signing up to vote in the May 20th primary election.
