(Woodland, WA)  --  The principal of Woodland Primary School is facing charges after being accused of assaulting a student.  Mark Houk is charged with three counts of fourth-degree assault after he allegedly assaulted a third-grade special-needs student on several occasions.  Houk, who's now out on bail, has been principal at Woodland Primary for 13 years.
