Accused Urinator Banned From Mount Tabor Park

(Portland, OR)  --  An 18-year-old accused of urinating into a Mount Tabor reservoir won't be allowed to enter the park for the next month.  Officials elected to drain Reservoir 5 of 38-million gallons of Portland's drinking water after Dallas Delynn allegedly relieved himself into it around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.  Delynn and two other teens, Daniel McDonald and Trey McDaniel, were cited for trespassing and won't be allowed to enter the Mount Tabor park for 30 days.  Delynn was also cited for public urination after security video showed him leaning forward against the iron gate and then hitching up his pants.
