(West Linn, OR)  --  A suspected burglar is in custody after he was allegedly caught in the act at a home in West Linn.  Police say a man and his roommate left their home Saturday afternoon and returned a few minutes later to find a car parked in the driveway.  One of the men saw someone carrying a bundle running from the back of the house, then chased him and tackled him.  The man and his roommate detained the suspect, identified as Ezekiel "Zeke" Kirk, until police arrived and arrested him.
