(Albany, OR)  --  Linn County authorities are investigating after a body was found in the Willamette River in Albany.  The man's body was recovered around 3 p.m. yesterday after it was spotted in the river near Bryant Park.  Officials say the man, who hasn't been identified, was a little more than six feet tall and had a beard and short, graying hair.  Deputies say the body was in a moderate state of decomposition.
