(Albany, OR)  --  Authorities say they've identified a body found in the Willamette River near Albany as that of a Portland man.  Linn County officials say 45-year-old Jared Ethan Brown was reported missing on March 31st.  Brown had wandered away after the bus he was riding from Roseburg to the Portland area stopped in Corvallis.  His body was recovered from the river Sunday afternoon.
